Learning
Roundtable on the Threat to Democracy in Prague.

Learning is fundamental to human development and is essential for personal growth, problem-solving, and adapting to changes in the environment.

Here, I present my learning offerings. These learning offerings are an amalgamation of my entire life's inner and professional work: the interweaving of my educational foundation in engineering, my career as a global learning and development professional, my scientific training in psychology, my humanitarian work with refugees and my lived experiences as a migrant and minority in eight different countries.

The intricate multi-career and multi-cultural tapestry evolves with every new experience, perspective, and the latest psychological discovery - and informs my offerings. These offerings aim to support the acquisition of new knowledge, develop skills for personal growth and spark transformation towards a more inclusive and compassionate society.

We start by cultivating psychologically safe, compassionate, inclusive communities and workplaces. We offer:

  • Seminars or Talks (1 to 2 hours) - Your teams and leaders in human resources, management, communities, government, civil society organisations, and non-profit organisations may have specific learning needs. These seminars and talks aim to increase awareness, enhance knowledge, improve skills, and offer practical strategies and applications in your communities and organisations.
  • Intercultural Dialogue Facilitation—I have facilitated discussions between individuals or groups from different cultural backgrounds to promote understanding, mutual respect, and collaboration. Intercultural dialogue allows participants to share perspectives, experiences, and values in a constructive, safe, and open environment. Its goal is to bridge cultural differences and build common ground. I have been certified and have been a facilitator with Soliya since 2018.
  • Training of trainers—Since 2005, I’ve been involved in learning and development, capacity building, facilitation, leadership training, and training of trainers in more than twenty countries and four continents. Training of trainers ensures the continuous development of your leaders and talents in your community and organisation.
  • Customised training—Customised learning can be tailored to your needs. It usually starts with a needs analysis and the co-creation of the learning initiative. Customised workshops or talks can be delivered virtually or in-person to a small or large audience in an hour or over a pre-agreed time frame. Feel free to email me if you're looking for a customised workshop or talk.
